Summer Season League: Game 6 and 7 - 0 views

Game 6

A full house at the Duke of York made us use 8 tables. This time we saw a return of a Poker Shuffle regular from Season 2, Ryno Olivier, take to the tables once again. His return was accompanied by some great poker ability and a win. Ryno took the spoils as easily as he sat at the table.

Game 7

65 players took to the green felt this week in a poker frenzy that matched no other. For the 2nd time in a row, we made use of 8 tables and all the chips. Once again the players played tight, and more players reached the high blind count of 10 000/ 20 000.

A magic final table saw a three way royal rumble between Brian Stotter, Edward Wiesner and Daniel McCurry. This must have been the tightest 3 way battle in the history of Poker Shuffle and attracted a large viewing crowd. Once again Brian Stotter was edged out to finish 3rd with a brilliant 2nd place finish by Edward Wiesner and a superb win by Daniel McCurry.
