There is a saying out there amongst boxers: ”Don’t step into the ring if you cant take the punch”…and the same applies to poker players.

I over heard a ‘fairly strong’ poker player mention that they don’t want to play poker because they are sick of donkey’s taking them out all the time. After some analysis of this players hand and apparent bad beat, it did become evident that they were on the receiving end of bad luck but who isn’t at some or other time in poker?
But of course, this player went on and on about how poker is not a game for them anymore and they will select who they will play against and so forth! Note to self: Do i smell weakness?
So i came to the following conclusion – It isn’t how well you boast when you win, its how you pick yourself up after a bad loss!!! Be strong, keep playing and remember to have fun
