Finding your poker niche
November 6, 2009
Last time I touched a little on what it would take to become a best poker player you can be. In a nut shell, one would need to understand all forms of poker and play them as much as you can. understanding and playing Omaha could improve your Holdem game and so forth.

In my quest to improve my poker game i have been playing alot less Holdem and more Omaha. Well, to my suprise i have found out a few things about myself and poker.
- Omaha is my game of poker- I find that it opens up my range a bit more that Holdem. I prefer it and suits a loose aggressive style much better.
- Not many players that play Omaha understand the game. This makes it even easier to take advantage of weaker players.
- Personally Omaha is better than playing the high/low version. I prefer a straight forward high hand winning rather than an open ended game of high/low.
So its amazing, i have been playing poker for a few years now and only recently have discovered that Omaha is my type of poker game. Whats yours? Find out now and start winning more regularly.

Got something to say?

Still learning to play poker – way off perfecting the ‘poker face’.
Think I might lose money this Christmas.
